Original Amador County Library — Recently, we’ve seen that our community's couples, their families, and guests need a place to celebrate milestones in their lives. If you’re looking to put on a local event with incredible space, you’ve come to the right place.
Short term rentals — Summer 2025 we hope our traveling medical workers can enjoy one of our four rental units while visiting one of the most wild west historic towns in California. Walking distance to all of Jackson's downtown amenities. Plenty of accessible parking for your vehicle and/or RV.
WHO WE ARE
Restore Amador LLC is a new business owned by a local family. We are devoted to bring our historical downtown Jackson, California to a new level; with a fully operational Uptown Jackson. Our buildings are composed of the "Old Courthouse", the "Original Amador County Library" (most recently the Lutheran Church), and a two story building. Each building has abundant history and holds the roots to the founding of Amador County. ​ Ever since we were established in fall of 2023 we've been asked, "What are you going to do with all of it?" At the the Old Courthouse, we hope to soon be home to a local Theater Company. This building already houses our Friends of the Amador County Library and is the place to go for paranormal tours. ​ The brick building next door has all the space for weddings and special events. This picturesque Event Hall offers everything to ensure a memorable experience for you and your guests. ​ The two story building will soon house our committed traveling medical workers here to help our county healthcare needs. The "Old Courthouse" has been the talk of the town, and we want to keep it that way.
